The Reset Method focuses on helping you reset those faulty patterns. Through guided training, you’ll learn how to move properly, develop body awareness, and truly feel the muscles you’re working. You’ll properly engage your muscles, enhance proprioception and strengthen the connection between your nervous system and your body. When that connection improves, everything changes: you move better, get stronger, reduce your risk of injury, and see more meaningful, lasting results.

My journey into fitness started with my own desire to feel stronger and be able to move pain-free. For years I thought I was doing all the right things, I thought I was strong and moving quite well. Until I wasn’t, my joints were stiff, my muscles weak and my lower back in pain. I had to start from zero and re-learn how to properly move my body — my journey was not just physically, but mentally as well. It’s from this experience that the Reset Method was born and it shaped the way I coach today: with intention, structure, and a focus on long-term results rather than quick fixes.
My goal is to help you reset your balance, build new positive habits, feel stronger and more confident through personalized training and sustainable, results-driven programs.
